The commission will meet this morning to discuss the proposal to add fewer than three hundred rental units to the corner parcel, a reduced iteration compared with the team’s Builder’s Remedy-assisted application. Juno Realty Partners is the developer.

Construction is expected to start soon for the massive seven-story apartment complex at 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. City approval was granted last summer for the 368-unit project. Acclaim Companies and Stanford University are jointly responsible for the development.

The initial application looks to replace a single-family house with six new units overlooking San Francisquito Creek. Palo Alto-based Heather Young Architects is responsible for the application and design.
