Recently, demolition permits have been filed for a single-family structure at 3302 Kipling Street in Palo Alto, with plans to construct a new two-story home with an attached ADU in its place.
Permits have been filed to demolish an existing structure and construction of a new home at 3775 La Donna Way in Barron Park, Palo Alto. The city is mostly single-family housing with large yards and famous anti-density representation. Transit access in the immediate area is limited, although a commute into San Francisco is available via Caltrain through a park and ride station.
