Preliminary permits have been filed for a townhouse enclave at 690 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The proposal looks to replace an auto dealership with a few dozen townhouse-style condominiums. Trumark Homes is listed as the project applicant working on behalf of the property owner, the Peery Foundation.

The development will yield 184,980 square feet of residential floor area across nine structures. Once complete, the campus will produce 66 for-sale townhouse-style apartments, of which ten will be deed-restricted as affordable to moderate-income households.
KTGY is responsible for the design. Illustrations show that the multiplex structures will each be stylized with a collage-style facade wrapped in fiber-cement and stucco. The structure will feature articulation above each primary entrance and garage to visually distinguish the individual units.
The 3.3-acre property is currently occupied by an auto dealership and service shop at the corner of San Antonio Road and Middlefield Road. Future residents will be a block away from the Cubberley Community Center. The San Antonio Caltrain Station is just under a mile away, 20 minutes away on foot or eight minutes by bicycle.
