Large Housing Complex at 2263 Calle Del Mundo in Santa Clara Lands New Funding

A new housing development located at 2263 to 2303 Calle Del Mundo in the South Bay city of Santa Clara recently secured a major new loan to aid in the property’s construction. Developers Ensemble Real Estate Investments and Rethink Development originally brought the project before community review in 2019, but are still short of construction. The new infusion of 150 million is expected to help see the project forward.

AVE Santa Clara Opening This January in Tasman East, Santa Clara

Ensemble Investments has shared new details about two of its projects within the Tasman East master plan in Santa Clara. The team is preparing for the January opening of AVE Santa Clara, an eight-story residential mid-rise with over three hundred homes. Next door, the team has refurbished a Carl’s Junior building with a bar and grill surrounded by landscaping and food trucks.

The City of Santa Clara has approved the 21-story residential development at 5185 Lafayette Street in Tasman East, Santa Clara. The proposal will bring nearly two hundred condominiums in the burgeoning high-rise neighborhood close to Levi’s Stadium. San Francisco-based Ensemble Investments is the project developer.

The proposal is expected to create nearly two hundred homes and even more parking near light rail, the Capitol Corridor train station, and Levi’s Stadium. San Francisco-based Ensemble Investments is the project developer.

Construction Update for Mid-Rise Projects in Tasman East, Santa Clara

While Related has topped out for the 23-story apartment tower at 2300 Calle De Luna, work is moving forward on several other mid-rise projects in Santa Clara’s Tasman East Specific Plan. The six structures will rise between six to eight floors high, creating over a thousand and five hundred units, shops, and new open space.

New aerial imagery shows construction has topped out for the first residential structure in the Tasman East Specific Plan, Santa Clara. Demolition has also finished on two more substantial sites. Tasman East is a multi-developer multi-structure mixed-use masterplan with plans to build as many as 4,500 new residential units with newly-laid streets, over a hundred thousand square feet of retail, a grocery store, school, open space, and affordable housing.

Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 2302 Calle Del Mundo in Tasman East, Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family low-income housing apartment building with on-site parking. Plans call for the demolition of an existing single-story building and adjacent surface parking. Ensemble Real Estate Investments and Rethink Development are the project developers. Bar Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

2354 Calle Del Mundo Expects Approval, Tasman East, Santa Clara

The Santa Clara Planning Commission has been recommended to approve plans for 2354 Calle Del Mundo in the Tasman East Specific Plan area at the northern edge of Santa Clara. The eight-story building is expected to add 89 new units near Lafayette Street as part of the rising neighborhood of potentially over four thousand apartments. If approved, it will become the latest of eleven proposals for the area. Long Beach-based Ensemble Real Estate Investments is responsible for the development.
