Plans have been filed for an affordable senior housing project at 705 Veterans Boulevard in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The five-story proposal is expected to produce 76 apartments on a corner lot just a couple of blocks away from the newly-built County office building. Eden Housing is the project developer.

The innovative modular style development is the product of a partnership between Architects Orange and Integrated Community Development. The seven-story project will be comprised of 100% affordable, modular apartment homes.

Plans for a five-story life sciences project have been approved for 789 Old County Road in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The proposal will add two commercial buildings and an eight-story garage to a corner lot. The Minkoff Group is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a condominium infill at 1320 Marshall Street in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The proposal looks to add four buildings containing a total of 32 townhome-style apartments close to Downtown Redwood City. City Ventures is the project sponsor.
