The project will bring new office space, shops, and a pocket plaza along a restaurant-lined street and close to the San Mateo Caltrain Station. Harvest Properties is the project sponsor.
City Council is scheduled to review revised plans today for 111 San Bruno Avenue West in San Bruno, San Mateo County. The project aims to build 46 apartments overlooking the city’s elevated Caltrain Station. San Mateo-based Larry Li is responsible for the application as the property owner, filing through San Bruno Development LLC.
Development plans have been filed for a new residential infill at 104 Constitution Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project aims to bring over a hundred additional homes to a growing bayside apartment district while replacing several low-slung industrial buildings close to the Meta office campus. Greystar is the project developer.
There’s new progress in San Carlos’s bid to add nearly two thousand units to an industrial neighborhood close to the San Mateo County city’s Caltrain Station. The Northeast Area Specific Plan would rezone a 43-acre district for new housing. Earlier this week, the city published the notice of preparation for the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) and solicited public comment to inform the review.
The Half Moon Bay City Council has granted final approval for the proposed farmworker housing at 555 Kelly Avenue. The affordable housing project would bring 40 units to support the coastal city’s agricultural community. Mercy Housing is the project developer, working alongside local non-profit Ayudando Latinos A Soñar, or ALAS.
