SyRES Properties is the project developer. BDE Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The South San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to vote today on plans for a three-parcel mixed-use development project at 180 El Camino Real, close to the San Bruno BART Station in San Mateo County. The proposal, phase two for the block, will create 183 new homes and 750,000 square feet for life sciences. Steelwave is the developer.

The SOM-designed project would rise above the city’s new Caltrain Station, expanding the East Side high-rise profile further south. San Diego-based Phase 3 Real Estate Partners is the project developer, operating through OCI San Fran, LLC.

The Draft Environmental Impact Report is now complete, opening up the public review period for a new six-story life sciences building at 405 Industrial Road in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The development will replace a self-storage facility with nearly a quarter million square feet of leasable area. Menlo Equities and Beacon Capital Partners are joint venture partners for the project.
