Tarlton Properties have filed an application to propose a new multi-structure office development at 995-1005 O’Brien Drive and 1300 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project would create a five-story and four-story research and development building alongside a new parking structure. The offices will be less than a mile from the Facebook Headquarters at One Hacker Way.

SRI and Lane Partners have announced plans for a mixed-use neighborhood to replace the 63-acre office campus at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal, dubbed Parkline, would include at least 400 new dwelling units with affordable housing, a public park area, and new office buildings. The developers are scheduling to receive public input during listening sessions this July before submitting formal plans.

Pre-application permits have been filed for a 240-room citizenM Hotel at 300 Constitution Drive, or 3 Facebook Way, in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The five-story development will replace surface parking at the intersection of Chilco Street and Bayfront Expressway in an area dominated by Facebook offices. The proposed hotel has already received city council conditional approval in early 2020. The Netherlands-based citizenM Hotel chain is responsible for the development as the project owner.

Pre-Application Permits Filed for Bayshore Tech Park Expansion, Redwood City

Longfellow Real Estate Partners are planning to redevelop the Bayshore Tech Park office complex into a mixed-use district with 19 new structures for life sciences, offices, vehicle parking, and a 150-key hotel. Pre-application permits reveal the extent of the plan to reimagine the 84-acre property between Belmont Slough and Marine Parkway in a project dubbed Redwood LIFE. The project is split between four parcels at 800, 1400, 1600, and 3400 Bridge Parkway in Redwood City, San Mateo County. HOK is the project architect.
