The proposal will bring eight stories of future lab space alongside a seven-story garage. It is the second joint venture between Helios Real Estate Partners and King Street Properties in the San Mateo County city, the first of which has already topped out half a mile away.
Construction has started for Eucalyptus Grove, an affordable housing complex rising at 1875 California Drive in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The property will bring several dozen new apartments near El Camino Real and a five-minute walk from the Millbrae Transit Station. CRP Affordable is the project sponsor.

The 169-unit application amends previously entitled plans for the site with minor adjustments to the unit mix. Prime Pacific Global Management Corporation is responsible for the project as the property owner.
