New plans have been reviewed for residential development at 1855-1881 Rollins Road at the north of Burlingame in San Mateo County. The proposal will create 405 apartments and even more parking, two blocks away from the Millbrae transit station. The Hanover Company, based in Danville, is responsible for the application.
Plans for a townhome development at 1431 El Camino Real are heading to the Burlingame Planning Commission, a city close to SFO and San Mateo in San Mateo County. The project will yield six new units with parking. GGH Investments LLC, led by a Hillborough-based resident, is responsible for the development.
The City of Burlingame’s Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for new laboratory development and public plaza at the intersection of Bayshore Highway and Malcolm Road, expanding the San Mateo County city’s life science projects. Helios Real Estate Partners and King Street Properties are collaborating with the project as joint developers.
The City of Burlingame is to review details for a residential infill at One Adrian Court, located nearby the Millbrae BART Station and its adjacent mixed-use expansion, Gateway at Millbrae. The proposal will replace the existing single-story commercial structure plus surface parking with 265 new apartments. SummerHill Apartments is responsible for the project.
New renderings have been revealed along with the approval of a one-year extension for the seven-story application at 1870-1876 El Camino Real in North Burlingame. The project would add 169 new residential units within walking distance of San Mateo County’s southern-most BART station in Millbrae. Prime Investors Group LLC is responsible for the project as the property owner.
