Townhomes Planned By Community Presbyterian Church, Danville

The Danville Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tomorrow evening for a townhouse development at 222 West El Pintado in Danville, Contra Costa County. The housing is part of a larger expansion for the religious facility, replacing 19 church-owned single-family homes with townhomes, surface parking, recreational amenities for the on-site school, and a youth ministry building. The Community Presbyterian Church is responsible for the development.

Sloat Garden Center in Danville To Be Replaced By Assisted-Living Housing

Plans are moving forward for The Ivy, an assisted-living housing complex at 828 Diablo Road in Danville, Contra Costa County. The proposal will replace the Sloat Garden Center at the corner of Diablo Road and El Cerro Boulevard with over a hundred units in a three-story low-rise complex. Oakmont Management Group is responsible for the development via O&I Development LLC.
