The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a new research and development project at 1669-1701 Bayshore Highway and 810-821 Malcolm Road by San Mateo County’s bayside waterfront. Construction will create two new office buildings and a parking garage. The project is a joint venture with King Street Properties and Helios Real Estate Partners.
Updated plans will be reviewed tomorrow by the Burlingame Planning Commission for an expansive new life sciences campus at 1200-1340 Bayshore Highway along the San Mateo County bayside coast. The project would replace 12 acres with over 1.5 million square feet across three 11-story buildings. DivcoWest is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for 1766 El Camino Real in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will create 311 units on 1.7 acres within walking distance of the Millbrae BART Station, using the State Density Bonus program to increase residential capacity and include affordable housing. Carmel Partners is leading the application.

LPC West, the West Coast division of the international real estate firm, Lincoln Property Company, is responsible for the project.

The project will rise above the El Camino highway, bringing 311 new apartments across from the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, various shops, and a grocery store.
