The proposal would create 37 new townhomes along with space for two commercial retail shops. The Address Company, a local firm, is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for seven of ninety-five single-family residences within the Iron Oaks at Alamo Creek development in Danville, Contra Costa County. The project will add a new addition of multi-million dollar units to one of the Tri-valley area’s affluent and low-density-zoned cities. The Toll Brothers will be responsible for the development.
