Hanover’s Capitol Avenue Project Breaks Ground in San Jose

A large residential project has broken ground at 905 N Capitol Avenue in the Berryessa Neighborhood of San Jose. The project, brought by Hanover Company is part of a multi-building non-contiguous development spanning Pentencia Creek Road along N Capitol Avenue. The project was first brought in 2022 but has experienced minor delays. The recent groundbreaking was for Building 1, a large apartment complex on the north side of Pentacia Creek Road. Architecture firm KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the building designs.

Developers Purchase Land for Seely Avenue Masterplan, San Jose

Developers are moving forward with property sales for the Seely Avenue master plan in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. Hanover Company has reportedly purchased 22.2 acres around 2620 Seely Avenue, with plans to follow through with the recently approved proposal for over a thousand apartments alongside open space and retail. Hanover sold an additional seven acres to SummerHill Homes for the townhome component.

Meeting Today for Seely Avenue Master Plan, San Jose

The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for a new mixed-use master plan at 0 Seely Avenue, along Coyote Creek in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. If complete, the project could replace the current farmland and orchards with over a thousand apartments and retail. Hanover Company, Pacific Companies, and SummerHill Homes are jointly responsible for the development.

Grand Opening Celebrated For The Winchester Apartments By Santana Row, San Jose

A new multifamily residential project celebrated its grand opening of the Winchester Apartments at 585 South Winchester Boulevard in San Jose. The development is part of a larger master plan from Pulte Group. The project replaces the former Winchester Ranch Mobile Home Park across from the Winchester Mystery House and Santana Row. The Hanover Company purchased the apartment project from the Pulte Group last year. KTGY is responsible for the design.
