Developers are moving forward with property sales for the Seely Avenue master plan in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. Hanover Company has reportedly purchased 22.2 acres around 2620 Seely Avenue, with plans to follow through with the recently approved proposal for over a thousand apartments alongside open space and retail. Hanover sold an additional seven acres to SummerHill Homes for the townhome component.
Renderings have been revealed for the dense residential infill at 211-281 River Oaks Parkway in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. The proposal will create over seven hundred residences between townhomes and apartments on the nearly ten-acre parcel. Valley Oak Partners is the project developer.
Super Micro Computer has filed detailed plans for a new tech hub at 550 East Brokaw Road in north San Jose, Santa Clara County. The company first got involved with the property last October and purchased the site from Bay West Development this February for $80 million. The plans now will replace the former Fry’s Electronics store with an office and manufacturing complex.
