Draft EIR Published for Berryessa Road Plan for North San Jose

The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for a 13-acre mixed-use project at 1655 Berryessa Road in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. The 850-unit proposal is part of the larger vision to create new density around the Berryessa BART Station, the newest stop in the regional transit network. Terracommercial Real Estate, run by Mike LaBarbera and Rob Facchino, is the project applicant.

Public Meeting Scheduled Today for 0 Seely Avenue in North San Jose

The Hanover Company’s proposal will bring over a thousand new homes to North San Jose. The City of San Jose is beginning to prepare the Environmental Impact Report for the project, 0 Seely Avenue, and city staff are looking for public input to guide the project. A city meeting is scheduled for tonight, and the public can submit written comments on the scope of the EIR from now until March 25th.

Mixed-Use Residential Village Proposed At 681 East Trimble Road In San Jose

A new mixed-use village with several hundred homes has been proposed at 681 East Trimble Road in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a large scale community offering residential and commercial spaces. The property at present consists of long-time orchard sites. Real estate firm The Hanover Co is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the design concepts.

New Large Industrial Complex Planned At 2222 Qume Drive In North San Jose

A preliminary application has been submitted to the City Planning Commission of San Jose, seeking the approval of a large industrial complex proposed at 2222 Qume Drive in North San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of an industrial park slated to operate 24/7. Plans call for the demolition of three existing buildings on the site. Bridge Development Partners is the project developer. Herdman Architecture + Design is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
