The 183-unit development benefits from the Builder’s Remedy and Assembly Bill 130, which exempts it from the California Environmental Quality Act review process. Sares Regis Group is the project developer.
The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tomorrow evening for a townhouse development at 1655 Berryessa Road near the Berryessa BART Station. The plans call for nine three-story structures spread across a two-acre portion of the 13-acre former trucking hub owned by the Facchino Family. Terracommercial Real Estate Co., led by Mike LaBarbera and Rob Facchino, is responsible for the development.
The formal application has been filed for 19300 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. The proposal looks to replace two commercial structures with around 360 apartments near the former Vallco Mall site and Apple Park. The Hanover Company is responsible for the application.
Updated plans have been filed for a suburban infill at 4103 Old Trace Road in Palo Alto, close to the city’s border with Los Altos Hills and the Santa Cruz mountain range. Plans for the vacant lot include a mix of single-family homes and accessory dwelling units, with an additional unit compared to the preliminary application. Steel Bridge Capital is responsible for the application.
Detailed plans have been published for the seven-story mixed-use development at 980 East Campbell Avenue in the City of Campbell, Santa Clara County. The complex looks to construct two structures with housing and a 149-key hotel. E. Barbano Enterprises LLC is responsible for the application.
