Formal permits have been filed for a townhome-style complex at 2891 Homestead Road in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The project will add a dozen condominiums to a long, narrow lot stretching back to Saratoga Creek. VCI Company is responsible for the application.

The narrow 0.38-acre property extends roughly 400 feet back from Homestead Road to Saratoga Creek. Although project plans have not been shared, the lot is well-suited for a long stretch of attached townhouses, with one path extending from Homestead Road. The application specifies that the structure will feature a concrete podium.

The property is located at the corner of Homestead Road and Creekside Place. While the site is currently unincorporated and under the jurisdiction of the county, the site is within the City of Santa Clara’s boundaries. Future residents will be just a few blocks away from the Mariposa Shopping Center and the civic-oriented Central Park.

Apex Fund LLC is listed as the property owner. Public records show the property last sold in 2025 for $3.5 million. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
