Development permits have been filed to approve a new residential project proposed at 400 Saratoga Avenue in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the addition of one five-story and one four-story residential building along with one new maintenance building.

Jemcor Development Partners and Pacific Housing have partnered together to pursue a 300-unit affordable housing development at 950 West Julian Street in San Jose. The project aims to develop an acre-wide site with new homes close to SAP Center and Diridon Station. Late last week, the team reached a milestone after paying around $11.7 million for the site.
New renderings have been published for the proposed redevelopment of the Moonlite Shopping Center at 2610 El Camino Real, Santa Clara. Illustrations show the 14-acre strip mall to be replaced by three multi-story complexes and over a hundred townhomes. The Toll Brothers are responsible for the development.
