Pre-application permits have been filed for a residential infill project in unincorporated Santa Clara County just outside the city limits of Gilroy. The proposal would create 567 units, featuring apartments, single-family homes, and townhomes on an unaddressed property. Swenson Builders is the project developer.
Updated plans have shifted a potential apartment complex from predominately market-rate to fully affordable housing at 860 West San Carlos Street in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The updated plans include a slight unit increase compared to the prior 12-story application. The project is a joint venture by Swenson and Republic Urban Properties.
New plans have been revealed for a mixed-use residential project proposed for development at 2655 The Alameda in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for multi-family housing and commercial uses. Swenson Builder is the project applicant. KRP Architects (Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners) is responsible for the designs.
Construction has topped out for the seven-story residential infill at 412 Madison Street in Jack London Square, Oakland. The project will create 157 new homes in the city’s waterfront neighborhood. Swenson and Grubb Properties are responsible for the development.
Construction is moving ahead for Paseo, a mixed-use commercial building that replaced the former Camera 12 Theater at 201 South Second Street in Downtown San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project has already announced three tenants, with 75,000 square feet of office space still available. The project is part of the Opportunity Zone Fund I by Urban Catalyst.
