The project will create 127 new apartments, including nine very low-income apartments, by a Whole Foods grocery store just over half a mile from the Ashby BART Station. Construction has topped out for the seven-story residential infill at 412 Madison Street in Jack London Square, Oakland. The project will create 157 new homes in the city’s waterfront neighborhood. Swenson and Grubb Properties are responsible for the development.
