Master plans for a mixed-use residential project have been approved for development at 0 Seely Avenue, along Coyote Creek in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project will replace the current farmland and orchards with over a thousand apartments and retail space. Hanover Company, Pacific Companies, and SummerHill Homes are jointly responsible for the development.
Holland Partner Group has agreed to purchase 3896 Stevens Creek Boulevard in San Jose. Since 2019, the multi-acre property has been the focus of a commercial redevelopment proposal by Cypress Equities. The developer planned to add new office space above retail, but the shifting market has stalled the project.
New renderings have been published for a builder’s remedy-assisted proposal at 2470 Alvin Avenue in East San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project aims to replace a former Planned Parenthood clinic location with over a hundred homes and commercial space. The project plan lists Cindy Tran of CT Commercial as the property owner.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a single-family subdivision at 2215-2880 Tennant Avenue in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County. The developer uses the Builder’s Remedy provision to sidestep local zoning and build 239 single-family housing units on farmland. Latala Group is the project application.
Revised plans have been filed for the Homestead Shopping Center at 3521 Homestead Road in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The updated permits shifts away from the mixed-use campus filed in 2021 and now seek to build a townhome-style residential complex. Waymark Development is responsible for the application.
