A recent press release announced that MG Properties, a private San Diego-based real estate investor, owner, and operator purchased Eleanor Apartments in Milpitas for $193 million. The housing community is a mixed-use development offering residential and retail spaces.
SummerHill Apartment Communities
A new residential development is now open and available on the market at 563 Pilgrim Drive in Foster City. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residential community developed with 22 apartments and 70 townhomes with open and onsite parking space. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the design concepts. SummerHill Homes is the project developer. The Guzzardo Partnership is the landscape architect.
Construction work is wrapping up on NUEVO, a massive 27-acre redevelopment project in Santa Clara’s Lawrence Station Area Plan. Spearheaded by SummerHill Homes, the project has been opening in phases with the ultimate goal of nearly a thousand new dwelling units, retail, and public community amenities.
New aerial imagery shows construction has topped out for the first residential structure in the Tasman East Specific Plan, Santa Clara. Demolition has also finished on two more substantial sites. Tasman East is a multi-developer multi-structure mixed-use masterplan with plans to build as many as 4,500 new residential units with newly-laid streets, over a hundred thousand square feet of retail, a grocery store, school, open space, and affordable housing.
Burlingame’s Planning Commission is expected to approve plans tonight for a seven-story residential structure at 30 Ingold Road, located by the city’s border with Millbrae in North Burlingame, San Mateo County. The proposal would add 298 new apartments to the Peninsula within walking distance of BART. SummerHill Apartment Communities is responsible for the development.
