Renderings Revealed for 101 Gull Drive, East Side, South San Francisco

New renderings have been revealed for 101 Gull Drive, a proposed life sciences development in South San Francisco’s East Side neighborhood. The proposal will replace a vacant parcel with a seven-story office building and a 4.5-story garage. The San Mateo County development is being sponsored by Michael Sanford, CEO of the US division for CFLD International, a Singapore-based developer focused on industrial projects and new industry cities across the world.

Lowe Buys Land for Sequoia Station Redevelopment, Redwood City

Development plans are moving forward for Sequoia Station, a six-structure mixed-use proposal to reshape the downtown of San Mateo County’s third-largest city. The Los Angeles-based private real estate company, Lowe, has spent $73 million acquiring the second half of the block around 1057 El Camino Real in Redwood City. The firm looks to construct three million square feet of housing and offices, parking, and public open space.

The Environmental Impact Report has been published for a proposed research and development office in Foster City, San Mateo County. Located at 388 Vintage Park, construction will replace a single-story structure and surface parking with 120,000 square feet of office space. The application, called TheLab Foster City, is led by a joint venture between SteelWave and Helios Real Estate Partners.
