The South San Francisco Planning Commission unanimously voted in favor of a massive new residential development at 100 Produce Avenue and 124 Airport Boulevard. If approved by the city council, the project could build 480 new rental homes by the city center and Caltrain station. Hanover Company is responsible for the development.
The City of Millbrae is considering extending approved permits for the proposed Moxy Hotel at 401 East Millbrae Avenue. The development would replace surface parking with 209 new guest rooms across from SFO in San Mateo County. The project, owned by Marriott, would rise next to two existing Marriott hotels, the Westin and the Aloft.
New renderings have been revealed along with the approval of a one-year extension for the seven-story application at 1870-1876 El Camino Real in North Burlingame. The project would add 169 new residential units within walking distance of San Mateo County’s southern-most BART station in Millbrae. Prime Investors Group LLC is responsible for the project as the property owner.
A new residential project has been proposed on the site located at 930 Oddstad Boulevard in Park Pacifica. The project proposal includes the development of a residential project with affordable housing units and onsite amenities. Plans call for the demolition of the existing non-operational elementary school, Oddstad Elementary School, on the site. M-Group is the project consultant. Brookwood Group is the project applicant.
The City of San Mateo Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for the residential development of 1919 O’Farrell Street in Beresford Park, San Mateo County. City staff has recommended that the commission approve the project applications and pave the way for a speedy construction process with dozens of residential units with some affordable housing. Sierra Investments is responsible for the development as the property owner.
