The City of San Carlos has approved plans for 642 Quarry Road in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The application would be the second life sciences project by the project developer, Presidio Bay Ventures, including two office buildings and a garage. Presidio purchased the property in 2022 for $34 million.

Plans are moving through the city for the life sciences proposal at 200 Kansas Street in San Francisco. The application was approved for a streamlined environmental review process by the planning department in November of last year, and the filing has been under review ever since. The project is a joint venture with Kinship Capital and Presidio Bay Ventures.
Plans continue to progress for Ampersand, the commercial redevelopment of 130 Townsend Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project developer, Presidio Bay Ventures, has recently submitted the Monitoring Conditions and Mitigation Measures application in a signal that the ministerial process is nearing completion.
