Construction has wrapped up with retail spaces now occupied at 433 Main Street in Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County. The project has replaced a long-vacant parcel at a highly visible corner lot in the oceanside town with two three-story structures. Anthony Uccelli is the project developer working for property owner Ozella Cardoni.

Now complete, the development contains 9,670 square feet across both buildings, including six apartments and 2,160 square feet of commercial retail. There are two one-bedroom and four two-bedroom residences. Surface parking is included with 12 spaces in the rear of the lot facing Johnston Street.
Edward C. Love Architects is responsible for the design. The Spanish Revival style of the corner building is characterized by stucco cladding, ceramic tiles, and recessed storefront windows. The second structure along Kelly Avenue is less architecturally attractive, with horizontal hardie lap siding panels and an M-shaped roof.

The property is located along Kelly Street, stretching from Main Street to Johnston Street. The residents are kitty-corner to the Mac Dutra Park and across the street from the now mural-adorned Cunha’s Country Store.
