Construction has wrapped up on Prism, a 13-story apartment building at 1028 Market Street in Mid-Market, San Francisco. The project has added 185 new homes to the city’s market, with interiors by IwamotoScott Architecture. The Olympic Residential Group and Tidewater Capital are responsible for the development.

Crews have started with the first four of eleven new structures to replace 28 acres of surface parking once used for the San Francisco Giants Oracle Park visitors. New renderings have been published for a three-story residential infill at 739 Sutter Avenue in Midtown, Palo Alto. The project hopes to replace an eight-unit apartment complex with twelve townhome units, including some affordable houses. Pleasanton-based DAHLIN Group is responsible for the design.
Plans for a new life science building at 210 Adrian Court in Millbrae is scheduled for review by the city’s planning commission on Monday, May 16th. A new rendering has been revealed for the six-story project, set to rise directly across from the nearby BART Station, end of the line in San Mateo County. Longfellow Real Estate Partners is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been revealed for the seven-story residential infill at 300 Mosley Avenue, located in the Admirals Cove residential community in Alameda, Alameda County. Carmel Partners, who purchased the former Navy housing site in 2017, is responsible for the application. The proposal will create 227 homes along with new public open space.
