The Residences @ Shoreline Gateway development has topped out at 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The three-structure project is the second construction phase, creating over three hundred homes between Google’s headquarters and the Mountain View Caltrain. Sares Regis is the developer, working for Lighthouse Real Estate Investments.

The project has reshaped a 12.8-acre property along the bayside across from the new Gensler-designed Meta offices. Lane Partners is the project developer.
Yesterday afternoon marked the official topping out of the BART-adjacent Millbrae Office and Life Sciences Campus in Millbrae, San Mateo County. Truebeck Construction has rapidly transformed the flat plot of land with a six-story steel structure in less than a year for the largest of four buildings for the Life Sciences campus in less than a year. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is the project developer. Eikon Therapeutics will be the anchor tenant.
After a recent site visit to the Millbrae Life Sciences Campus, YIMBY documented construction for Avia Labs at 210 Adrian Court, San Mateo County. Just three months after an official groundbreaking, Level 10 Construction has already finished excavation, with portions of the foundation now visible. Longfellow Real Estate Partners is the project sponsor.
New plans are scheduled to be reviewed today for an eight-story laboratory and garage at 1499 Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The filing comes nearly four years after the city approved an 11-story hotel for the same property. The new development is a joint venture with King Street Properties and Helios Real Estate Partners.
