  1. I live right in downtown Oakland and I have no idea where that location is at?

Given the massive tags, who does the owner belive will rent the duplexes on a corner–the corner boys?

  3. Removal could mean sale or eminent domain. Which one is it ?

  4. JohnMichael,
Your comments are insensitive at best and demonstrate your ignorance of the neighborhood economic conditions. I’m pretty sure the graffiti will disappear with demolition of the existing building. Rents for new units will probably be around 4k. This developer has numerous successful projects in WOak.

  5. Ray Byrd: Across from the West Oakland Bart Parking lot.
