Development permits have been accepted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 1600 14th Street in Prescott, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building offering two levels of residential use.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.6 acres. The scope work includes the construction of a a mixed-use structure featuring two levels of residential use as a duplex above a roof deck. The building will rise to a height of 35 feet and yield a total built-up area spanning 6,875 square feet.
A project application has been submitted, and is pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site is located at the intersection of 14th Street and Peralta Street.
