A new residential project has been approved for development at 405 15th Street in Mansion Flats, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story four-plex residential community.
Glabe + Taylor Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 3,485 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a residential building offering four units. All four units will be designed as two-bedroom units, each spanning an area of 992 square feet. All units will have washers & dryers. The building facade will rise 27 feet tall and be two stories with the front two units having balconies overlooking 15th Street.
Roy and Teresa Gonzalez who also own Signs Now at 1821 J Street and Signs Now at 1860 Fulton Avenue are the project owners.
A set of updated plans were submitted to the City of Sacramento in late March for Phase 2. The project is anticipated to break ground by the end of April 2024 depending on weather and acquiring the final permit approval from the City.
