New renderings have been revealed for a residential project proposed for development at 1765 Broadway in Vallejo. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential complex consisting of five buildings.
Redwood Residential Development LLC is the project developer. Bar Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 4.4 acres. The scope of work includes the development of a new residential community comprised of five buildings offering a total of 111 apartment units. The apartments will be designed as a mix of one and two-bedroom units, with floor areas ranging from 694 square feet to 1,079 square feet. The project will yield a total built-up area spanning 96,157 square feet. A total of 128 parking spaces will also be provided within the residential community.
Proposed site improvements include 44,890 square feet of new landscaping, new exterior lighting, pedestrian paths, 18,005 square feet of common open space, short-term bicycle racks, frontage improvements, and six trash enclosures. The project would also include an amenity building containing the leasing offices, restrooms, a fitness room, bicycle storage with wall-mounted racks, and a 4.3 square-foot monument sign with an overall height of four feet fronting Broadway.
Renderings reveal contemporary designs utilizing simple forms and minimal exterior finishes. A review meeting was held last week.
The project construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The project site is located between Sonoma Boulevard and Broadway. It is surrounded by existing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

A bit underwhelming with only 111 units across five buildings. Why not just make it five over 1 buildings to add more units?
No mention of below market rate units = top $
