Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 2501 West Leland Road, Pittsburg, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential project offering units built in two phases.
West Coast Builders is listed as the project developer and owner. Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar Development is listed as the project engineer.
The project site spans an area of 23.48 acres. Named San Marco, the residential project will bring 17 units. The second phase of the project will bring 89 single-family units. The project will cover a little over a third of the parcel’s 62.5-acre size.
More information is yet to be revealed about the project. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
