A new residential project has been proposed for development at 730-748 Minert Road in Walnut Creek. The project proposal includes the construction of a new single-family residential community.
Calibr Ventures is the project developer. DK Engineering is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.75 acres. Named The Residences at Abigail Place, the project will bring 17 single-family residences rising two stories high. Proposed floor plans include:

- Plan 1: a three-bedroom 2.5-bathroom residence with a loft and two-car garage. Plan 1 spans an area of 2,389 square feet.

- Plan 2: a three-bedroom three-bedroom residence with a loft, a den, and a two-car garage. Plan 2 spans an area of 2,498 square feet.

- Plan 3: a four-bedroom three-bathroom residence with a loft and a two-car garage. Plan 3 spans an area of 2,513 square feet.
Submitted application requests to consider a two-year extension of the previously approved design review. No changes to the previously approved plans are proposed. Associated demolition permit and site development permit are currently under review and will be submitting for building permits soon. The applicant requests more time to keep the current design review approval valid. The two-year extension of the original expiration date would keep the design review approval valid through May 11, 2026.
