An assisted living project is making progress for its proposed development at 4075 El Camino Way in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the addition of 14 new units to an existing assisted living community, Palo Alto Commons.
Wellquest Living is the property owner. Irwin Partners Architecture is responsible for the designs. Conley Design is the interior designer for the project.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 110,642 square feet. The scope of work includes new additions to an existing assisted living and memory care facility consisting of 121 units. The addition will have the building increase its built-up area to 137,877 square feet. The new additions include five studios and nine one-bedrooms. The total proposed 135 units are for assisted living and for the elderly in need of day to day care for memory issues. Parking for 55 vehicles will be provided on the site.
Submitted project application seeks to allow additions to an existing 121 unit Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. The additions would include 16 Assisted Living Units and 172 square feet of support space.
A review meeting has been scheduled for today, July 18, at 8:30 am, details of joining can be found here. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
