The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.47 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of a two-story building offering eight residential units. The first level consists of two two-bedroom, two bath dwelling units spanning an area of 1002 square feet each. The second level also consists of two-bedroom, two bath dwelling units. The two-story building will feature an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) as well.
The project application also allows for some site work and construction. A project application has been filed, awaiting review and approval. More information on the project team, architecture and design will be revealed. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet
