A new multi-family residential project has been proposed at 3729 5th Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new multi-family residential project offering three new apartment units inclusive of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
The scope of work includes the construction of two apartment units on the second floor and a two-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The new building will be a two-story structure on slab on grade. The multi-family residences will be accessed from 5th Avenue. The two dwelling units on the second floor will be accessed from entrances on the east and west sides of the building as well as the garage. The one-story ADU will have an entrance at the rear of the building and feature a studio floor plan. Both units on the second floor will feature a one-bedroom bathroom floor plans.
No parking has been proposed at this stage, however, one private garage is being provided for each of the upstairs units. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
