A proposed residential project is making progress at 2855-2867 Willow Pass Road in Bay Point, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the development of a new multi-family residential project offering 124 new homes, onsite parking, and amenities.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2.48 acres. The scope of work includes the development of a three-to-four-story multi-family building offering 124 rental apartment units. The ground-floor commercial space will span 10,740 square feet.

The project also proposes a surface parking lot with 129 parking spaces and on-site amenities including a children’s play areas, activity area, learning center, community room, dog park, and shaded sitting areas, and a central open space courtyard.
As previously covered, the project site sits along the existing commercial thoroughfare in Bay Point, seven minutes away from the Pittsburg / Bay Point BART station by bicycle or by a Tri Delta Transit bus. Future residents will also have access to a local park, a family services center, restaurants and shops, and the Bay Point Regional shoreline with views of Suisun and Honker Bay.
A project application has been filed, requesting project approval, utilizing Density Bonus for the development. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
