A new residential project has been proposed for development at 18675 Black Road in Los Gatos. The project proposal includes the development of new 16 single-family homes.
Silicon Valley Properties is the owner. Anderson Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel totaling approximately 18 acres. The scope of work includes the development of 16 single family homes. Out of the total residences, four residences (20% of the total units) would be deed restricted affordable to a moderate-income household.
An SB330 Builder’s Remedy pre-application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.

Do they have enough water for this property? Water on black road extremely limited – 18 homes takes a LOT of water!!! Single family homes on wells on black routinely run out of water during drought years. 3000 gallons delivered by truck costs $350-$650; one family can go through that in 3 weeks or less. this sounds rather crazy unless pipes are going into place to draw water from Los Gatos? We’ve lived near this property for 10 years, have had 3 summers with no water for a month or more.
