Permits have been filed for a commercial infill at 4450 Marysville Boulevard in Robla, North Sacramento. The project will reshape a vacant parcel with retail and a garage for the charter bus and limousine company, MGM Transportation. Kelly Architecture & Planning is responsible for the application and design.

The site plan and design review application were filed earlier this month to pursue two structures and surface parking. The largest structure will be a 28,500-square-foot warehouse-style vehicular storage garage with office space. The smaller structure will provide 7,700 square feet of leasable commercial retail space facing Marysville Boulevard.

The 2.62-acre property is located along Marysville Boulevard between Bell Avenue and Grace Avenue. The site is in a low-density suburban neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, with the closest bus station nearly 25 minutes away on foot. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
