The project site spans an area of 6,875 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a new detached building with two new Accessory Dwelling Units. The ADUs are proposed to be designed as one-bedroom one-bathroom floor plans. The front of the building is a three-story multi-family residence offering five units.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
