Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a residential project at 4790 Norwood Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of forty-eight single-unit dwellings on a vacant parcel.
The property site is a vacant lot spanning an area of 3.7 acres that will be divided into smaller plots. The new project will bring forty-eight half-plex homes. Community enhancements such as pedestrian paseos, site lighting, and patios will also be implemented at the site level. The residential community will feature landscaped open areas and a small common parklet for community gatherings.
The project is under the review phase. Sacramento Planning Commission will schedule a meeting for the design review, site plan review, and lot subdivision.
The cost of construction is estimated at $9600000. The construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property is located in a suburban area bordered by Norwood Avenue and Main Avenue. The site is close to various restaurants and public transportation. Sacramento International Airport is less than a 15-minute drive.
