A new residential project has been approved by the Oakland Planning Commission for development at 2311 San Pablo Avenue in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering market rate and affordable units.
Dinar & Associates is responsible for the design concepts.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 8,400 square feet. The project will construct a new five-story residential building offering 44 dwelling units. Five out of the total units will be reserved as affordable housing units. Parking for 30 vehicles will be developed on the site.
The property site is located at the intersection of San Pablo Avenue and West Grand Avenue. 19th Street/Oakland BART station is twelve minutes away on foot.
