Precita Holdings, LLC is the project applicant. Mason Kirby Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project will bring a new four-story building offering two units and yielding a total built-up area spanning 1,931 square feet. The project utilizes SB-9. More information is yet to be released about this project. A project application has been submitted, and is pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
