Development permits reveal that a mixed-use project has been proposed for the lot at 850 Bush Street in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project proposes the construction of a twenty-one unit multi-family mixed-use building. The building will feature retail space on the ground level, residential units on the second level, along with horizontal and vertical addition consisting of five levels of residential units above. Leavitt Architecture is managing the design and construction.

The total proposed residential area is 14,130 square feet, and the retail space is 1,420 square feet. The residential building features ten one-bedroom units and eleven two-bedroom units. Open spaces, car parking spaces, and twenty-five bicycle parking spaces are also proposed. The building facade is proposed to rise to seven floors.
Nob Hill is a pleasant neighborhood with quiet streets and scenic views. The area also has plenty of off-street parking locations. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the vicinity. The neighborhood is a walk and bike-friendly place. The site is also well-serviced by MUNI bus lines like 1, 12, 19, 27, 30X, 41, 45, and 49.

The estimated cost of construction is $2,520,000.
