A new multi-family housing project has been proposed for development at 640 Vine Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of two new three-story apartment buildings offering 50+ residential units.
The scope of work includes the construction of two new type VA three-story apartment buildings spanning an area of 34,928 square feet each. The project will bring multi-family housing, totaling 54 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom floor plans. Each building will offer 27 one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom units.
Previously, the project site was proposed to be developed with mid-rise apartments. Associated construction costs are estimated at $13,000,000. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
The residential project is a part of a larger multi-use project named Township Nine. Township Nine is a 65-acre multi-use project that will be home to nearly 2,350 mixed income housing units, 800,000 square feet of office space and 150,000 square feet of urban retail space.
