The scope of work includes the development of new six single-family homes on a single lot. The project site spans an area of 0.76-acres. The project will feature one affordable unit. The project features two floors plan types with two elevation styles for each floor plan type. Proposed designs accentuate the Bay Area and farmhouse elevation styles.

The applicant is seeking Design Review Commission (DRC) input and a recommendation to the Planning Commission. The applicant is seeking several waivers under State Density Bonus Law. The DRC will provide feedback on the applicant’s proposed site plan, architecture, colors and materials, and landscaping.
