The project applicant has requested a two-year extension of the previous design review approval for the Walden Garden Townhomes in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The plan would replace one home with eight townhomes. Danville-based Habib Saiidnia is responsible for the application.
The City of Cupertino has approved plans for new housing at 1655 South De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. The infill will create 34 homes, new retail, and parking for almost a hundred cars. Propriis is listed as the property owner.
Development permits have been issued allowing for a new residential project proposed at 2400 Adeline Street in McClymonds, Oakland. The project proposal includes demolishing an existing commercial building and constructing a four-story residential building with twenty-eight condominiums.
