Environmental Review Conclusions for Oyster Cove Apartments in Petaluma, Sonoma County

A public review period has been kicked off for the environmental documents about Oyster Cove, a proposed mixed-use development in Petaluma, Sonoma County. The project will redevelop over six acres of industrial land near the city’s downtown core with 132 apartments, commercial space in a preserved structure, and new accessible public waterfront landscaping. UrbanMix Development is responsible for the application.

Meeting Scheduled For Condos At 148-156 Crescent Avenue In Sunnyvale

A new residential project has been proposed for development at 148-156 Crescent Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of 19 condominiums in multiple three-story buildings. The project also proposes to retain the single-family house built on the site, under the development permits submitted. A separate resource allocation permit has also been submitted to allow for the demolition of an existing residence on the premises. Terra Holdings is the project developer. Bassenian/Lagoni is responsible for the designs. Ripley Design is responsible for the designs.
