A new residential project has been proposed for development at 148-156 Crescent Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of 19 condominiums in multiple three-story buildings. The project also proposes to retain the single-family house built on the site, under the development permits submitted. A separate resource allocation permit has also been submitted to allow for the demolition of an existing residence on the premises. Terra Holdings is the project developer. Bassenian/Lagoni is responsible for the designs. Ripley Design is responsible for the designs.

After receiving an onslaught of community pushback, the centrally-located proposal, nearby City Hall, and public library will now create just 40 single-family units and four junior ADUs. TRC Retail, the shopping center owner, is responsible for the application.
