New building permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 3738 Stockton Boulevard in Oak Park, Sacramento. The project, dubbed Remington, is expected to add 68 units to a vacant lot. Woodland Hills-based CTI Housing is listed as the property owner.

The 48-foot-tall structure is expected to yield around 45,200 square feet, including roughly 34,840 square feet for housing and 2,040 square feet of retail. Unit types will vary with 40 studios, 25 one-bedrooms, and three two-bedrooms. Three of the studios may be rented as live/work units.
Vrilakas Groen Architects is responsible for the application and design. The overall design remains unchanged since our last coverage, with a mix of brick veneer, cement plaster, and corrugated metal siding. The ground floor will include a 64-car surface parking lot and a pool deck. Additional parking will be included for 47 bicycles.

The 1.04-acre property is located along Stockton Boulevard between 12th Avenue and 13th Avenue. The site is less than a mile from the UC Davis Sacramento campus. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
